Child Safety Standards

Last updated June 2, 2026
MK Solutions, LLC operates Lightwork, and we are committed to keeping children safe. This page describes our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and how to report a concern.

Zero tolerance

We strictly prohibit uploading, sharing, soliciting, or accessing any content that depicts or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes, without limitation:
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Sexualized depictions of minors, real or generated.
Grooming, enticement, or solicitation of a minor.
Sextortion or any exploitation of a minor.

Enforcement

When we identify a violation, we take immediate action:
Immediate removal of the offending content.
Permanent suspension of the responsible account.
Mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement, as required by law.

Reporting a concern

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these standards, report it through the in-app feedback option (Profile → Send feedback) or email us at matt@mksolutionsky.com. Reports receive prompt and confidential review by our trained moderators. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Age requirements

Lightwork requires members to be at least 13 years old. Members aged 13–17 must have the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where legally required.

Regulatory compliance

Our practices align with the U.S. PROTECT Act and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and we follow guidance from NCMEC, INHOPE, and ECPAT.
