Lightwork lets you create task requests, volunteer for others’ tasks, follow members, send direct messages, and participate in service-focused communities.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Lightwork a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and provide the Service.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation. By using the Service, you agree to our Child Safety Standards, which describe prohibited conduct, our enforcement and reporting practices, and how to report a concern.

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lightwork disclaims all warranties and is not liable for the conduct of members or the quality, safety, or outcome of any task. You connect and coordinate with other members at your own discretion and risk.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any reason, including violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time — see our Data Deletion Policy.

We may modify or discontinue the Service and may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, with exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Madison County, Kentucky.
