Something isn’t working, a question about your group, a change you need made to your account — write to us and a person will read it. Lightwork is built by a small studio, so the message reaches someone who can actually do something about it.

The fastest way to reach us is email: matt@mksolutionsky.com. It helps to say what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and whether you were on iPhone, Android, or the web.
If you’re already signed in
Use the feedback form inside the app instead — Settings, then Send feedback. It carries your app version along with the message, which makes a bug much quicker to track down than a description alone. You can also open the feedback form in your browser.
