Data Deletion

You can delete your Lightwork account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how.
Delete in the app (fastest)
Open Profile, tap Delete account, and confirm on the account-deletion screen. For your security, you may be asked to re-enter your password or re-authenticate with your sign-in provider before the deletion runs. This permanently removes your profile and associated data and cannot be undone.
Request by email
If you can’t access the app, email us at matt@mksolutionsky.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

Your name.
•
The email address registered to your account.
•
A clear statement that you want your account and data deleted.
What happens next
•
In-app deletions are processed immediately.
•
Email requests are processed within 7 business days.
•
Once deleted, your account is permanently removed, your personal data is erased from our systems, and the action cannot be reversed.
•
Some records held by our service providers (such as crash diagnostics and search indexes) are removed or age out shortly after deletion as part of our routine erasure process. Limited records may be retained only where required by law.
